Outage

For a few hours this morning, D4D was unavailable.

The hosting company that I use for D4D suffered what they describe as “a massive network outage” which took nearly three hours to fix.

It’s back now, but there may be other blips over the next couple of days while they work out what the hell went wrong.

At least DH have dropped the so called ‘humour’ in their status posts as in ‘Hey there valued campers, you may have noticed that the electrons are running pretty slow right now but we have our best engineer (‘Hiya Johnny’) oiling the wheels right now and we’ll be back before you can say ‘Gimme a refund ! LOL’

That was actually worse than the frequent outages and shit customer service.
