Travelling Redux
Posted: Sun 9 April, 2006 Filed under: Travel 5 Comments »Thankfully, the drive went fine. I left Bracknell at half eight, took a brief break at some godforsaken shithole services called Trowell, somewhere on the M1 around Nottingham, and got to Middlesbrough by half one.
I nearly made one mistake on the journey, but managed to avoid it. Not that it would’ve been a major problem, but it might have added some time to the journey. (and the mistake would’ve been ‘following the AA instructions exactly, rather than thinking “that doesn’t sound right…”)
And now I get to do the same thing in reverse tomorrow morning…
“Godforsaken shithole services” for a godforsaken shithole.
One thing you’ll learn as you use motorways more is which service stations to avoid (all of them?).
You’re going to drive from Middlesbrough to Bracknell in reverse???
You like a challenge eh?
Oh, very droll. Get back in the knife drawer.
We are a local website design company in teesside and all of us here are not really sure what you are trying to get across?
[Edited By Lyle] I’ve looked at the “site” this linked to, and it looks like a spam-comment, but I thought I’d leave the main gist of the comment, as it makes them look like the fuckwit tubes they almost certainly are…
