Do you think they were struggling for an image to accompany the story or was it edited by an idiot?
Bit o’ both, although I can’t actually imagine how you’d illustrate a story about carousel VAT fraud…
Seeing as the fraud was to do with phones, I’d guess there’s an obvious choice of image!
