Wet, but not too wet

While it’s rained here on and off, thankfully we haven’t been hit by anywhere near the same levels of rain as other areas of the country.

Of course, it’s still bloody wet, which is OK as the courgettes are going mental as a result. I’m still glad that we got the majority of the veg patch cleared when we did, because we haven’t been able to do anything with it since.

There’s still some late crops to be planted for over-winter, so having the ground so damp at the moment isn’t a massively bad thing (it’ll certainly make it easier to plant stuff) but all the same, well, I’d rather it were a bit drier, just so we could get out and do some stuff.
