Preparation

This weekend has been my equivalent of spring-cleaning – a dollop of preparation for the new year, going in with as clean a slate as possible.

There’s not been masses done, it’s been about domestic stuff, including

• Giving the house a damn good clean/ tidy
• Sorting out Laundry, Ironing, and all that normal tat
• Stocking up on some stuff that bugs me, just generally being prepared
• Organising business stuff – invoices, outstanding work etc.
• Doing some other organisational stuff, meaning I won’t lose things (as much) in the new year

It’s all just scut-work really, but some of it was things I don’t get round to often enough, so I’m quite chuffed to have got it all done and sorted in time for Wednesday.
